When is lunch served at The Myrtle Tavern?
Lunch is served Wednesday to Friday, 12pm to 3pm. The kitchen also opens for an evening service from 5pm to 8pm Tuesday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday have separate food service hours, see the full schedule on our website.
How much does lunch cost?
Both menus are £11 per dish. The Light Lunch menu includes fish and chips, sausage and mash, gnocchi, and salad and fries. The Fat Sandwich menu features pulled pork, crispy chicken and cheese ploughman’s, all served on warm ciabatta.
Do I need to book a table for lunch?
Walk-ins are always welcome at our Meanwood pub. That said, Fridays in particular fill up quickly, if you’re planning a group or want to guarantee your spot, booking ahead is recommended.
Is The Myrtle dog friendly?
Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome inside the pub and we always have water bowls available on the terrace for your thirsty fury friends.
Is The Myrtle pram friendly?
Yes, prams and pushchairs are welcome at The Myrtle. We also have high chairs available for little ones, so the whole family can sit down comfortably. Just let us know when you book if you need one.
